About CluTech
My name is Angus Moss, founder of CluTech and a BSc Software Engineering graduate with years of practical IT support experience and a lifelong passion for working with computers.
From an early age, I’ve enjoyed understanding how systems work, not just using technology, but building it, fixing it, and improving it. Over the years, that interest grew into formal study in Software Engineering and practical experience in IT support roles, where I helped individuals and businesses solve real-world technical problems.
CluTech was created to offer something straightforward and reliable: honest, practical tech support without unnecessary jargon or upselling. Whether it’s repairing a slow laptop, setting up a home office, or supporting a small business, my approach is simple. I understand the problem, explain the options clearly, and deliver a solution that makes sense.
Alongside my professional IT background, I’ve spent many years creating software, games and digital artwork. That creative experience has strengthened my attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and appreciation for well-designed systems. These are qualities I bring into every piece of work.
At CluTech, the focus is on trust, clarity, and long-term reliability. Technology should work for people, not frustrate them, and I aim to make it feel simple again.
